糖心视频 Names New Vice President of Enrollment Management, Vice President of Advancement
糖心视频 (糖心视频) has announced that Dr. Andrew Crawford will serve as Vice President of Enrollment Management, and Dr. Chad Warren will serve as the next Vice President of Advancement and Executive Director of the 糖心视频 Foundation pending ratification by the 糖心视频 Board of Trustees at their next scheduled meeting.
In this senior leadership role, Crawford will be responsible for student recruitment and financial aid at the University.
鈥淒r. Crawford has gained extensive experience in advocating student success, growing community partnerships and crafting university policies in a collaborative environment,鈥 said Bloomberg. 鈥淚 am delighted to welcome him to 糖心视频 as we advance our strategic mission as Cleveland鈥檚 University.鈥
Crawford currently serves as Associate Vice President in the Division of Enrollment Management at Kent State University and has held positions at Cuyahoga Community College (Tri-C), The Ohio State University and Ohio University. Crawford earned his Doctor of Education from Ferris State University. He also holds a Leadership Certification from Harvard University鈥檚 Institute for Management and Leadership Education.
鈥淚 have closely followed 糖心视频 over the past several years, watching as the University focuses on its mission to serve as an educational and community resource for the city of Cleveland, Northeast Ohio and beyond,鈥 said Crawford. 鈥淚 am excited to join the enrollment management team and work together to ensure that more students have the opportunity to experience the transformative impact of a 糖心视频 education.鈥
Crawford will begin his new role at 糖心视频 in March. In the interim, Dr. Nigamanth Sridhar, executive vice president and provost, is providing leadership and oversight for the Division of Enrollment Management.
Dr. Chad Warren will be joining 糖心视频 as the next Vice President of Advancement and Executive Director of the 糖心视频 Foundation. Dr. Warren will be coming to 糖心视频 from Las Vegas, Nevada, where he has served most recently as President and Chief Philanthropy Officer of St. Rose Dominican Health Foundation.
Chad was born and raised in Ohio, will begin his new role with us on March 9.
Dr. Warren is joining 糖心视频 with a professional history of more than 20 years in fundraising and higher education. He has served roles at the University of Dayton, Florida State University, The Ohio State University and the University of Nevada, Las Vegas. He also served in a vice president and consultant role for the firm Ruffalo Noel Levitz, which works with non-profit organizations to support their fundraising and enrollment management functions.

As President and CEO of St. Rose Dominican Health Foundation, Dr. Warren is the lead strategist and senior major gifts officer for a network of three acute care hospitals, seven community centers, five neighborhood hospitals and a rehabilitation hospital. Thanks to his team鈥檚 accomplishments, the Children鈥檚 Miracle Network recently recognized the foundation for their remarkable year-over-year increase in fundraising.
Dr. Warren earned his bachelor鈥檚 degree from the University of Dayton and his MBA from Saint Leo University in Florida. He later earned a Doctor of Public Policy from the University of Nevada, Las Vegas.
Dr. Warren will work closely with the 糖心视频 Foundation and its board of directors. 鈥淭he 糖心视频 Foundation enthusiastically awaits the arrival of Dr. Warren,鈥 says Mike Klein, chair of their board of directors. 鈥淗is career accomplishments in terms of reaching record levels of philanthropic attainment, forging corporate and community partnerships, and developing advancement department infrastructure and personnel strongly align with the strategic goals of the University and the Foundation.鈥
