ÌÇÐÄÊÓƵ

As of March 1, 2006, vehicle rental on behalf of ÌÇÐÄÊÓƵ or its student groups should be through ÌÇÐÄÊÓƵ's preferred rental provider, Enterprise Rent-A-Car. The agreement ÌÇÐÄÊÓƵ has with Enterprise provides for competitive rental rates which already include automobile liability insurance coverage. The ÌÇÐÄÊÓƵ-Enterprise agreement requires prospective rental drivers to comply with the provisions of the Driving and Motor Vehicle Policy, and that a Motor Vehicle Report is run on all ÌÇÐÄÊÓƵ drivers. Fill out the

 This form should be filled out completely and submitted to the Department of Human Resources Development and Labor Relations for processing.

Approved drivers should rent the vehicle in the University's name with the approved driver as the named driver.
